Approved Selection Budget products have a standard 1 year warranty.
Warranty is extendable up to 3 years.

Partnumber

Approved Selection Budget has the '-A3' extension to the partnumber.

Packaging

Approved Selection Budget is packed in a special Approved Selection box.

Approved Selection Budget hardware comes with only the essential accessories (eg. power supply, battery, etc.) Note that keyboard and mouse are sold seperately for desktops, thin clients and workstations.

Condition

Approved Selection Budget has normal signs of usage. This does not influence the functionality in any way.

Operating System (for computers)

All units with CMAR license are pre-installed with Windows 7 or 8 before sent out to the customer. CMAR stands for Certificate of Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher and is a genuine Microsoft license for refurbished hardware attached to the computer.

No units with COA are pre-installed before delivery. COA is only the old OEM license still attached on the computer. Xeptor is not allowed to pre-install machines with COA license only.
A CMAR licence (eg. QLF-00143) is required for a valid Microsoft operating system, which we are happy to install for you.
